Pledging Tips

 1.    Go to and click “Sign Up Now.” The system will NOT remember or recognize previous login IDs or passwords used with CFC Nexus, myPay or Employee Express.

2.    We recommend using a personal email address to sign up, as some government servers block the auto-generated email sent by OPM with the PIN you will need to complete your registration.

3.    Active federal employees and contractors will be prompted to select their Department, Agency, and Office. If you can’t find your local agency/office name, please select “Other.”  If you do find and select your local agency/office name and proceed to make a payroll contribution but receive an error message that says “Your company payroll deduction is not set up” then please go to your profile settings and select “Other” under the “Office” category. This should allow you to proceed. Please report the issue through the “Contact us” link at the top.
